Let world-class Chef Chelsea guide you through the art of Asian dumplings in this interactive cooking class. You'll start by mixing ground pork, finely chopped shrimp, scallions, a pinch of salt and a dash of soy sauce together in a bowl to create the filling. Then, you will place a small amount of this filling into the center of each wonton wrapper, fold the wrapper to enclose the filling and press the edges to seal. The dumplings will then be cooked for you to taste!
