Join us for our State & Republic Wheated Bourbon Release on March 29th at the Ranger Creek Distillery. Our Wheated Bourbon continues our dedication to crafting the best grain-to-glass, authentically-made Texas spirits. A mindset that can be attributed to Texas being one of the only territories to have been both a Republic (1836) and a State (1845). This resilience of purpose is reflected in our handcrafted process using meticulously sourced Texas grains. Where exacting inputs of ingredients, techniques, and time are calculated to the Nth degree. This is our story. Spirits as distinctive as the 28th State in the Union.

Join us for a fun night of whiskey-themed crafting on Friday, April 18, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. We'll be making 18oz fragrant candles in recycled whiskey bottles at Ranger Creek Brewing & Distillery in San Antonio, Texas.
In this 2-hour class, you'll learn the art and science of candle making. Choose from six fragrances or try a combination of fragrances to create your own unique scent: whiskey, leather, pine, birch, vanilla and alpine lake.
We'll provide you with a recycled whiskey bottle as your candle vessel and all of the supplies and equipment needed to make one 18oz candle in your choice of scent to enjoy at home or give as a gift! Enjoy light snacks and craft cocktails or beer while you craft and connect with other class-goers! (While light snacks will be provided with your ticket cost, drinks are not included with your ticket.)

This year we are celebrating 15 years of handcrafted beers and whiskies, made from grain to glass in San Antonio, TX For our 15th anniversary we are bringing back six beers from the past, ending with celebrations at Ranger Creek Brewery in the month of December. These are some of our most requested beers and we are excited to share them with you. All will be available on draft, and a selection will be available in package at retailers around San Antonio and beyond.
We are starting it off with Dark Side of the Hop!! There will be a DJ spinning Pink Floyd and Schnitzel Box will be onsite serving up their deliciousness.

You’ll be invited to events hosted by our co-founders and distillers to interact and learn. Q2/25 releases:
Vatted #4 — This blend of mulberry-smoked single malt, rum barrel-finished single malt, and triple barrel-finished bourbon opens with inviting aromas of honeysuckle and ripe pear, offering a delicate floral sweetness. The nose sets the stage for a rich, layered experience where orchard fruit meets a gentle wisp of mulberry smoke, hinting at the depth within. On the palate, bourbon vanilla and warm cinnamon spice take center stage, balanced by the subtle sweetness of the rum cask influence. The finish is bold and oak-forward, with American oak’s toasty warmth complemented by amburana’s exotic touch, leaving a lasting impression of creamy crème brûlée and lingering elegance.
Cream De Cassis — Bold and alluring, this American-inspired crème de cassis reimagines the classic French liqueur with a richer, more robust spirit-forward twist. The spirit went straight from still into an Islay peated quarter cask for three years. Delicate hints of honey, chocolate, tropical fruit, mesquite smoke, and scottish peat (88 proof)
Cherry Cordial - Enjoy the holiday gatherings with an after dinner shot of cherry cordial. Using a neutral spirit cherries among other spices were maturated for a week creating this unique product (80 proof)
