A spin on the Moscow Mule using premium white whiskey instead of vodka
1.5 oz .36 White
0.25 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
0.25 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup (optional)
4 oz ginger beer (Main Root or Fever Tree preferred)
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into mason jar filled half way with ice and stir. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge.
Refreshing bourbon cocktail for the pool or your BBQ.
2 ounces sweet tea
¾ ounce pomegranate juice
1 ½ ounces Ranger Creek .36 Texas Bourbon
1 slice lemon
1 slice orange
Fill an old fashioned glass 3/4 way to the top with ice. Mix liquids in and stir. Rim glass with lemon. Garnish with orange slice.
Place the sugar and bitters into a rocks glass and muddle together until mixed. Feel free to add a dash of water to help it mix.
Once mixed add some of the whisky and a few ice cubes and stir for 15-20 seconds to bring the alcohol down to a good temperate and to start the ice melting. Keep adding a little more whisky, then a little more ice, and continue to stir until it tastes delicious.
Optional: Garnish with a twist of orange peel (twist the peel over the glass so the peel expresses its oils).
