Ranger creek .36 Texas Bourbon
.36 Texas Bourbon is a is our award-winning Texas bourbon, handcrafted in small batches, aged in small 5-10 gallon casks and matured under the Texas sun.
Originally crafted by our Co-Founder and Head Distiller emeritus, TJ Miller, each batch follows our grain-to-glass philosophy. Texas corn is milled, mashed, fermented, and our whiskey is distilled and aged at our San Antonio distillery, That same traditional process is carried on through today by our current head distiller, Allan Hall, and assistant distiller, Josh Gardner.
Appearance: Deep Amber
Nose: Vanilla and maple syrup with prominent oak
Taste: Strong caramel, new wood and cinnamon
Finish: Short, warm, spicy, and dry with a sweet undertone
