This Rye spent two and a half years in bourbon barrels before being introduced to a 53-gallon naranja "orange" Spanish wine barrel. Over the next few months, they became acquainted to produce floral, apple, and orange aromas with honey, orange spice, and apple flavors finishing with a silky mouth-feel to become "Tejas"!
