This 5+ year old Texas single malt marries mesquite-smoked barley with rich chocolate malt for a bold, distinctly Texas profile. The nose opens with campfire smoke, toasted cacao nibs, and roasted nuts, layered over dark caramel and dried stone fruit. The chocolate malt adds a deep, cocoa-like richness that balances the dry, savory smoke. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak, pepper, smoked pecan, and a bittersweet dark-chocolate edge. Proof: 131
